What happens if you cancel or return your order?.

As soon as Locatelli S.P.A.accepts the cancellation or return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments while also refunding any amount due.

What happens if you don't pay for your order?

Klarna will attempt to charge the payment for "Pay in 3 installments without interest" at Locatelli S.P.A. to the debit or credit card indicated at the time of payment.

If it is not possible to charge the payment on the due date, Klarna will make a second attempt to automatically charge the payment two days later.

If this attempt is unsuccessful, Klarna will issue a statement for the entire outstanding amount which will become payable 15 days later.

Klarna will notify you when the payment is due two days before attempting to collect it, and you will always be able to track the due date in the Klarna application.

If you do not pay on time using the "Pay in 3 installments without interest" option, your credit score will not be impacted.

Payment data is processed securely by Klarna. No card data is transferred or retained by Locatelli S.P.A..

Is it possible to pay before the due date?.

Yes.

Just go to the Klarna app or log on to the Klarna.com/uk website and pay in advance.


Was the payment successful? .

Klarna will send an email notification and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when it has been successfully collected, or in the unlikely event that the payment has failed.

If a payment has been made but no payment confirmation has arrived, you will always be able to check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by accessing the website www.klarna.com/uk


What happens to the user's statement after returning the goods?.

Once Locatelli S.P.A. has received the return (partial or total) and the user has received confirmation of receipt, Klarna will send a statement of account with an updated payment schedule in the case of a partial return.

With a total return of goods, we will refund all collected payments and cancel all future scheduled payments. Users will always be able to monitor the status of their order in the Klarna app.


The user has received the statement but has not yet received the goods.
In the event that the goods have not yet been received, please call Locatelli S.P.A. to check the status of the order and its delivery.

You can also contact Klarna Customer Service so that we can postpone the payment due date or put the order on hold in the Klarna app pending delivery.


You have cancelled your order. How long will it take before you receive a refund?.

As soon as the store has registered the cancellation or return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.


You have requested a refund, how will it be processed? .

Refunds will be made to the debit or credit card that was originally given at checkout.


You have not received any emails regarding your statement or payment information.
